We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide Construction support to company projects and operations. Including input to Engineering design, reviews and field execution deliverables
• Technical liaison with Contractors, Vendors, Project team and Subcontractors during bidding stage, pre-award and post-award of Contract.
• Maintain an active Issue list Register and ensure that the issues are followed up and effectively progressed to closure.
• Identify changes using the Company  management change process and templates / tools, Ensure Changes are addressed and tracked inline the Change Management System
• Ensure that technical concept and method is in accordance with appropriated industrial standards of practice and codes.
• Develop and compile project close out documentation package –  AS built dossier &  Documents For Operation (DFO) including close-out report
• Maintain Continuous interface with TPIAs and SME on execution issues.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Degree, Professional Certification is an advantage, Registered Engineering in Nigeria (MNSE and or COREN).
• 14 years + with minimum 5 yeas on a similar position
• Steward Contractability Reviews, Construction Risk Assessment and hazard identification on all Company activies.
• Support project Tender Technical Evaluations.
• Technical Evaluation, Deliverable review process, Conversant with relevant Codes and standards.
