Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
Manage internal and external corporate communications of the company
Manage the company’s online brand identity, including the website and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc
Provide and develop creative ideas/demos for online marketing
Responsible for quarterly update of the company website
Conduct research on industry-related topics to stay abreast with current trends within the digital space of product marketing.
Social Media Optimization:
Ensure optimal presence of company’s brand on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
Launch optimized online adverts of DILLS and other Tomsey products through various channels to increase company and brand awareness
Responsible for effective online/digital marketing of DILLS and other Tomsey products and services
Create, develop, and implement digital marketing tools and strategy.
Clients Relationship Management:
Maintain steady contacts with clients across all departments
Conduct regular customer satisfaction/feedback surveys and reviews
Conduct periodic business process reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the quality of products and services
Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of customers and KYC documentation
Ensure effective management of key accounts by ensuring regular communication and maintaining records of clients
Liaise with new and existing clients to identify service needs
Develop and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Collaboration:
Log, escalate, and ensure all complaints raised by clients
Monitor and compute a comprehensive database of competition
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and ensure that strategies are kept up-to-date
Be alert to changes within client companies and ensure change is effected within the company’s database
Alert the Business Development and marketing teams to opportunities for further sales within client companies
Generate and pass leads to the sales team and follow up on the progress
Keep up-to-date records of all tender platforms such as; NIPEX, E-TENDERS, ETC.
Content Management:
Provide content for all of DILLS and other Tomsey products
Develop content strategies to grow an online community and track such growth
Create graphic designs, videos, prints, and digital content that accurately reflects information about DILLS and Tomsey’s products
Develop and update written content in Tomsey website / social media channels to reflect current information about ongoing and recently completed project activities that cover all the service areas to the company
Develop a consistent brand identity for the company and establish its online presence with the Tomsey website and all its social media / online marketing channels
Monitor and ensure regular updates on cost and other information about all DILLS and Tomsey’s products in all of Tomsey’s online marketing channels
Ensure that all subscriptions involving e-sales and e-marketing of DILLS and Tomsey’s products are up to date
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any IT related, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration disciplines
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a digital marketer / similar role in a similar organization.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Content Creation tools, Corel Draw, etc
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Technology and Social Media savvy
Experience in B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaign, and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (DART, Atlas), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsight, etc)
Excellent understanding of the digital marketing concepts and best practices
Organized, thorough, and attentive to details
Good listening and negotiations skills
Analytical mindset and critical reasoning skills

Salary
N130,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
