Job Brief

• We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies.
• Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, growing company revenue and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with a cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support CredPal’s revenue goals.
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
• Planning, optimizing, and scaling digital and outdoor campaigns.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Analyse overall sales funnel impact and making adjustments where necessary.
• Utilizing user data to pivot marketing campaigns for more engagement.

• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a Growth Marketing Role, with proven track record of success.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient with data analysis.
• Strong growth track record with mobile applications - with samples and results of past projects.
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Customer Data Marketing Platforms, and other Data Management Systems.
