What Will You Do?

• Increase revenue and loan requests through the efficient use of paid digital advertising
• Set up campaigns in Google and Facebook Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-efficiency.
• Routinely run experiments to maximize results & document learning
• Report campaign results to management.
• Develop the process for community management and influencer marketing
• Develop inbound content marketing strategy.

• Fully understands customer needs, wants, goals, frustrations, and challenges
• Skilled at translating the customer persona into winning ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategy.
• Immersed in the world of financial technology with a clear understanding of credit and lending systems.
• Ambitious, friendly, and collaborates across departments with ease.
• Data-driven
• Results-oriented
• Highly meticulous (zero tolerance for grammar and spelling errors)
• Experienced in running Google & Facebook Ads (3 years or more).
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite.
