About the Role

• We are looking for young creative professionals with the appetite for new ideas, a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design and videos. If you can communicate well and can collaborate methodically as part of a team it’s a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage our clients, respond to questions, complaints and promote company initiatives
• You’ll also be working closely with other departments including our marketing, people & culture and product teams.
• Collaborating with the business team to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks and solve problems
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company and clients’ websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, info graphics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
• Support marketing team at live and online events.
• You will ideate, create and distribute videos for our media channels and adapt to our social media channels.
• You’ll demonstrate a strong sense of brand awareness and have a portfolio that exhibits an excellent understanding of digital design work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Have a solid portfolio showcasing works that you post-produced.
• Have a passion for the creator economy and experience working directly with creators and creator monetization tools.
• Demonstrated shooting and editing abilities.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• You have some experience in design:Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in visual design for multiple channels. You should be proficient using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc.) Experience using Affinity design, Adobe After Effects and Figma are a plus.
• You love collaborating with people:If you’re a standout colleague who loves working with cross-functional teams, then this role is for you.
• You have a fairly good understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography and colors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understand the principles of cinematography and editing.
• Care deeply about storytelling, and are enthusiastic about understanding its fundamentals, and trying out new methods.
• Confident, passionate, and professional.
• Good at data analysis and willing to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational and file management skills.
• A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution oriented.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in delivering digital assets across multiple formats including motion is of great value. As is any experience in utilizing motion design and video.
