Bovas Lube & Petrochemicals Limited - We are an indigenous independent petroleum marketing company. Presently, the Company operates One Hundred & Nineteen (119) service stations around the country and has several more under various stages of construction, which are to be delivered at intervals. A Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant was added to the group in 1995, to cater for the domestic gas customers primarily in the southwestern part of the country with Twenty (20) operational gas skids.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for devising and executing sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets by managing and coordinating the sales activities.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting
• Develop, Maintain, and nurture relationships with clients
• Work with current clients to provide value and meet service needs
• Engage with cross-functional resources including production and management to drive sales.
• Drive market share and revenue growth through outgoing pipeline development and closing activities.
• Proactively alert line manager on sales potential problems and solution
• Analyse clients need, conferring with clients to improve procedures and solve problems.
• Prepare visit schedule to promote sales and maintain good customer relationship
• Lead and influence clients in network decisions.
• Analyse current business processes and definition of new processes with market knowledge.
• Build distributors and channelling retail outlets.
• Document and track sales records of exciting new clients.

Requirements / Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields
• 3 - 5 years experience as Business Development Officer lubricant industry.
• Candidates with previous work experience in the lubricant industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Applicant must be willing to relocate
• Male candidate preferably.
