Crisppearl Limited - Our client, a personal care company that manufactures natural hair care and skin care products with headquarters in Lagos is looking to build, grow and expand its business and is seeking an individual who will improve the organization's market position and financial growth in the Northern part of Nigeria in the position below:

Job Title: Sales Man Driver

Location: Jos - Plateau / Yola - Adamawa / Sokoto / Kano
Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the allocated sales depot.
• Directly responsible for selling into wholesale and retail outlets in and around the allocated territory.
• Responsible for distribution and merchandising.
• Responsible for prospecting for new customers and developing the old ones.
• Ensure excellent visibility of brands in the allocated territory and its environs.
• Develop and Implement strategies for growth both online and offline.
• Writing of report on market and brand trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing or a related field of study.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a salesman driver preferably within a Cosmetics industry.
• Proven knowledge of the health and beauty sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Up-to-date with trends and developments in sales/marketing of health and beauty products.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns with demonstrated proficiency in research.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to speak Hausa language is an added advantage.
• Must be able to drive a 4 tire or 6 tires vehicle.
