Resource Intermediaries Limited - Our client, a top player in the engineering industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo, Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Performing and monitoring legally required safety inspections (e.g., accident prevention regulations)
• Predictive Maintenance and fault detection as well as fault elimination on plants, machines, and electrical control/electro-pneumatic control.
• Tasks in the field of measurement and calibration control include the generation of energy on the in-house generators.
• Regular tests of the electro-pneumatic system, braking system, clutch system, hydraulic system, and pneumatic system.
• Modify electro-pneumatic system, braking system, clutch system, hydraulic system, and pneumatic system if required with accordance in diagrams and integrate them into the existing systems.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of safety-relevant systems (e.g., fire alarm system, CO2 extinguishing system, safety door)

Qualifications / Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Electrical Engineering skills with good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years in the manufacturing industry preferably printing
• In-depth knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and beneficial mechanical engineering, as well as in organization and production processes.
• Knowledge to interpret Electro-pneumatic and hydraulic diagram
• Knowledge and experience in measurement, control, and control technology as well as good knowledge in the handling of standard software applications.
• Experience in support (predictive and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting) of production machines and energy systems.
• Experience in the new installation of machines and systems.
• Good computer skills (MS Office Programs)
• 1T Understanding and good language knowledge (English).
