Job Summary

• You are to assist the organization to grow market share profitability in defined strategic market and account.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business opportunities
• Assist in planning and implementing of employers’ values proposition to prospect
• Drive and support the launch of new products and services
• Act as a consultant to all stakeholders
• Meet annual growth budget objectives
• Collaborate with global teams to grow and maintain different sectors businesses across different sectors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of adhesive or related sales
• Fluency in Swahili, French or other European languages is an added advantage
• Selling / marketing or technical experience is with industry multinationals is a plus.
