We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Lagos

Job Roles / Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential and already existing customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Job Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience in a bank or real estate firm is an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
