Job Title: Waste Management Supervisor

Location: Rivers

Job Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Water Management Facilities will serve as an integral member of team and will work closely with the team to implement seamless waste management in the facilities. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Oversight of the management waste collection, wastewater treatment, recycling, and storage facilities and freshwater pump stations, to include:
  • Management of waste service providers
  • Oversight of operation and maintenance needs of the facilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures
  • Coordination of cost-tracking and regulatory reporting needs
  • Develop standard operating procedures, best management practices, and preventive maintenance plans
  • Interact with third party operators and customers as a service provider.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree
• A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in a management/oversight position for the oil and gas industry is preferred
• Knowledge of oil and gas and waste regulations is required
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is critical
• Basic Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is expected
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is attention to detail.
