Location: Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is currently seeking for a professional Accountant to join the team.
• The ideal candidate must be smart, a self-starter, female and must have great leadership and communication skills.
• The accountant will be in charge of managing payables, receivables, fixed assets register and various statutory compliance.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivables
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements promptly
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Professional Certification such as ICAN is an added advantage
• Proficient Use of Microsoft Excel, word and other relevant accounting software
• Minimum of 5 years' experience required
• Strong attention to detail skill
• Problem-solving skill.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (Negotiable).
