We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide full secretarial and admin support to the Executive to ensure the smooth running of the day.
  • Act as the first point of contact: dealing with all correspondence and phone calls.
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure the Executive is prepared for meetings, presentations, and conferences including PowerPoint presentations and monthly reporting.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Executive, including daily management of diary commitments, arranging/accepting meetings both internally and externally, and social media management.
  • Attend and type meeting minutes as required.
  • Manage aspects of team meetings including venue set up, diary notices, documentation, and materials.
  • Collate and file the Executive’s expenses as required.
  • Organise and coordinate corporate travel for the Executive as required.
  • Review and proofread documents on behalf of the Executive.
  • Exchange and obtain information for senior management and external clients and suppliers as required by the Executive.
  • Event coordination as and when required.
  • Working with the wider team to plan, scope, and schedule projects to keep the member of the Executive informed and up to date with all projects.
  • Write or review Ad-hoc press releases and social media content relating to the Executive’s projects.
  • Remain discrete and professional with confidential information.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field is required
  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably to a high-level executive
  • Strong writing skills are a must. Must be good at the English language and the use of grammar
  • Flexibility in schedule; must be available by phone/email on weekends, able to work both in-office and remotely, travel as needed, and available to staff events occasionally
  • Intuitive and proactive, with the ability to juggle and execute multiple tasks at the highest level
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional, discreet and sensitive to confidentiality at all times
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep projects on track with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Remuneration
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
