Job Summary

• We are currently hiring for two experienced marketer, 1 marketer for fast food company and1 for leather goods company.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing/sales/trade fields within F&B/or Retail industry.
• Proven experience as Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Having worked as a marketer in a bank is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Experience with a Food Service/brand is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.

Key Skills:

• Have proper understanding of target markets, channels, consumer behaviours, trends, within each market to plan and implement suitable programmes in each respective channels (bar, coffee, retail) to drive sales.
• Understand global brand, sales and business direction to be able to translate that into trade marketing initiatives and responsibilities.
• Strong commercial outlook and marketing sense.
• Proactive and creative on all marketing mix elements.
• A strong team player who works well with everyone across departments.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and plans well.
• Good time and project management skills.
• Good listener and proactive in their work to be hands-on on the job.
• Positive attitude towards work and peers.
• Good communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 monthly
