Job Title: Associate Corporate Finance

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparing pitch books, teasers and information memoranda.
• Assisting in pitching for and obtaining advisory and arranging mandates.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Managing DFI & ECA relationships.
• Providing financial modeling and analytical services to help appraise transactions.
• Achieving set PBT and other key performance targets.
• Assist in preparing pitch book, teasers and information memos.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements

• BSc, (2.1) minimum grade, been certified will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a bank or other financial institution, at least 3 of which must have been in corporate/project finance.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• Excellent client’s relationship development/management.
• Financial Markets Knowledge.
• Risk Management & Cost Accounting.
• Results/Action Orientation.
• Presentation Skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Core Credit and cash flow analysis skills.
• Financial Planning / Budgeting & Forecasting.
