Job Title: Unit Manager & Financial Analyst

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a competitive insurance sales representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
• We also need an individual with a huge managerial skill to drive sales and develop new talents among the recruited employees.

Responsibilities 

• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Retain continuous awareness of transaction, sales and terms and keep relative records
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation
• Fulfil all company established policy obligations
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans.

Qualifications
Education:

• OND, HND or BSc etc
• 2 years experience as the Unit manager.

Skills:

• Self-motivation and goal-oriented who knows what he/She wants and is ready to go for it.

Salary

• Financial Analyst monthly earning N30,000 minimum plus commission.
• Unit Manager monthly earning N50,000 plus commission.
• Note: New payment structure is in the pipeline.
