Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Abuja; Asaba - Delta; Abeokuta - Ogun; Ibadan - Oyo and Banana Island, Omole - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for driven Sales officers who are very experienced in sales and customer relations
• He/She must have proven records of meeting up with their sales target and have strategies to improve the current  sales of the company.

Job Roles / Responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential and already existing customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Analyzing competitor's products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Job Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing,or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Previous sales experience in real estate firm is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
