Job Description

• A fast-growing hospitality company is looking for trusted, hardworking, skilled cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
• In this position, you will ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Ensure pricing is accurate
• Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions.
• Maintaining knowledge of the menu and sales policies
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Bags purchases if needed.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Report any discrepancies
• Provide Outstanding customer service to guests.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: HND in Accounting.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
