Job Title: Call Center Telemarketer (Intern)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
• Providing information to customers.
• Monitoring sales performance.
• Closing sales deals.
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
• Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
• Support in resolving customer complaints.
• Records the details of Customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in related field from recognized institution.
• 23 - 30 years.
• 0 - 1 year experience.
• Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, agege, Iyana Ipaja, Maryland, Oshodi, Shomolu, Bariga.

Salary
Very Attractive (N45,000 Monthly.)
