Summary

• Our client needs a Sales Officer to join their growing team and promote their business goals and objectives.
• Candidate will be the face of the business, identifying prospective customers, enthralling them with the opportunities, and then making deals and signing them.

Job Description

• Creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Recruiting, screening, and training salespeople.
• Make phone calls to potential customers to explain the company's products and encourage them to buy.
• Answering customers' questions and, if necessary, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products.
• Keeping track of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints in an accurate manner.
• Working with the marketing department to ensure that the company's target audience is reached.
• Notifying product developers of potential product improvements and changes in order to ensure that company products meet current market demands.
• Creating cost-benefit analyses for potential and current customers in order to determine the best purchase options.
• Examining the products of competitors to determine product features, benefits, flaws, and market success.

Preferred Qualifications 

• BA / BSc Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience 
• Minimum of 3 years, quota-carrying, sales experience.
• Knowledge of marketing
• Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies 
• Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets 
• Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
