Job Title: Project Manager (Interior Design)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitors project scope and budget related to interior design decisions and programmatic elements to align with the project budget and schedule.
• Review proposed interior design configuration, materials and systems and advises them of requirements and final review decisions.
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process
• Review interior design contract documents and specifications for sign-off.
• Actively in charge of the procurement of supplies needed for each design project
• Partner with architects/store design/merchants/visual presentation on space design and installations
• Create and maintain budgets
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Creative and Decorative Background required.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Interior Design or Architecture Degree is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Budget and project management skills
• Project management certification
• Previous interior project management experience.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently and efficiently. Detail oriented. Proactive and highly organized.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Availability to Travel.

Compensation
N150,000 - N200,000 monhly.
