Job Description

• Calling customers to follow up with loan repayment
• Managing customer status and repayments
• Computing outstanding balance on excel
• Daily reporting to Team Leader and Supervisor
• Escalating defaulting customers toTeam Leader andSupervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
