Description

• Our client is in need of an enthusiastic Mixologist to provide an excellent client drinking experience.

Responsibilities
The Mixologist will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing drinks for clients (Cocktails, mocktails, classic drinks)
• Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Planning of bar menu with the Executive Chef
• Restocks and keeps stock of bar inventory and supplies
• Complies with all food and beverage regulations
• Keeps bar clean at all times

Requirements

• OND in any field
• Proven work experience as a Mixologist
• Excellent knowledge of mixing drinks, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literate
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Relevant training certificate
