Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Duties include proven skill sets and being the main aesthetician carrying out the body and facial treatments, supervising the maintenance of the facility, creating budget reports, and developing marketing campaigns.
• Manage supplies procurement, maintain records from cash deposits and cash registers as well as assist in the store opening and closing procedures.
• The selected manager will also oversee the hiring of employees, develop staff training programs, and organize workday plans and schedules.
• Assist in planning and implementing sales and customer service strategy to optimize profit.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevance work experience in a reputable SPA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to nurture and administerresponsibility formanaging the operations of spas.
• Must havegood marketing skill.
• Must be Customer service oriented.
