We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Compliance Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintain update of fleet management worksheets to ensure data availability for measurement and report purposes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with established operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Engage internal teams to resolve compliance issues within the supply chain.
• Collect issues on non-conformity to established compliance standards for prompt resolution.
• Monitor periodic physical verification exercises of all vehicles and documents.
• Identify business risks affecting the supply chain.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.

Job Requirements

• A good University Degree or its equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of all statutory requirements relating to vehicle operations.
• Experience in the effective monitoring, reviewing and enforcement of procedure and policy.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
