Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Regional Sales Manager

Job Functions
The Executive Assistant would be working from home (Remotely) and would provide the following job functions:

• Working Directly with the Global Head of Sales (GHS);
• Ensuring the (RSM) meets 80% of his/her KPI Monthly;
• Confirming the Availability of RSM for Meetings called by the (GHS);
• Preparing the RSM for Meetings with the GHS;
• Taking Notes of Action Plans during Meetings with the GHS and Preparing them for Execution by the RSM;
• Carrying out Virtual Office Duties such as and including Typing Documents, Making and Receiving Phone Calls, Data Entry and Management, Document Filing, Chat and Text, etc.
• Communicating RSM's Request for Meetings with the 5, 6, or 7 State Sales Managers (SSM's) under the RSM's Leadership;
• Preparing the Agenda for Meetings with the 5, 6, or 7 SSM's under the RSM's Leadership;
• Aggressively Following up with SSM's on the Execution of Action Plans handed down to them by the RSM;
• Assessing the Performances of the SSM's and their EA's and Making Assessment Reports to the RSM including the Prescription of Sanctions or Rewards on SSM's and their EA's as their Reports may require;
• Meeting with EA's of SSM's to Plan how to Effect the Sales Targets of the Region and each State within the Region;
• Mine all Prospect Data as required, and; Generate Leads from Mined Data;
• Establish Contacts and Relationships with Prospects and Clients;
• Support the RSM to convert Leads into Sales and Meet his/her Regional Sales Targets;
• Book and Coordinate Virtual and Physical Meetings with Prospects and Clients for and on behalf of the RSM.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Candidates must not be older than 30 years of Age;
• Must be versed in Microsoft Office and other Similar Work Applications;
• Must be Hardworking, Passionate, Teachable, Goal Driven, and Fun Personality;
• Female Candidates will work as EA's to Male RSM's and SSM's; whilst Male Candidates will work as EA's to Female RSM's and SSM's.

Job Conditions

• Can work from any Location
• Must have a Laptop and Constant Access to Internet Connection;
• Must have a Smartphone;
• Must be available on Short Notice on all days of the Week.
• Candidates will be Penalised directly by their Agency for Not Meeting up with Targets;
• Their Agency will be Penalised by the Company whenever the Executive Assistants do Not Meet up with Targets.

Additional Information

• Training will Commence on Monday, 7th of April, 2022.
• Work Resumption is Slated immediately after training.

Renumeration
N35,000 naira per month.
