We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Treasury Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Market Treasury products to clients with various degree of diversity to match goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop and expand the customer base and increase the Treasury Marketing & Sales volume
• Increase market share and generate profit.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of FX, Money Market, Metals or any other related activities.
• Ensure an effective control on limits, policies and procedures in dealing with clients.
• Assist and advise customers in developing and controlling FX positions.
• Develop objectives and action plans to achieve the budgeted volumes and earning in treasury marketing.
• Proactively monitor cash management processes, identifying non-standard activity, exceptions or non-compliance to cash, banking and treasury policies, and escalating to management (optimize cash management processes and systems)
• Engage with finance and business leaders to raise awareness and understanding of best practices in treasury management and help them to take timely and appropriate action to achieve benefits.

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Finance or Economics, with 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• High level of communication skills required.
• Strong business orientation with ability to make correct decisions.
• Strong customer service skills and sensitivity to customer’s needs.
• Ability to structure and sell Treasury products.
• Intelligent, confident, and flexible personality that can manage a treasury sales team.
• High level of knowledge of treasury products in general and good knowledge of the market environment.

Salary
N4,000,000 - N6,000,000 annually.
