Job Description

• We are in search of a male and female Receptionist, who are ready to come in and improve our front desk department by consistently attending to guest in a high customer service standard.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relations and mostly, the goal of becoming the best by succeeding in the present competitive market, even when confronted with difficult situations.

Objectives of this Role

• Ability to persuade a guest to agree with a good rate for the services the hotel will be providing.
• Polite interaction and careful attention to every guest need.
• Constant ideas that will promote the execution of customer relations initiatives, guest satisfaction and good hotel representation.
• Candidates should take advantage of utilizing all the hotel sales point, to derive revenue, while displaying their flexible and multi-tasking qualities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Relations, Business or related fields
• Experience in receptionist position and valid recommendations
• Good oral and written communication skill, presentation ability, as well as persistent character to always evade any challenge.
