We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supervisor, Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Description
The tax supervisor is to assist the Unit head in overall taxation, coordination and evaluation of all tax matters.
Essential functions
Planning all tax engagements which includes coordinating and requesting for all financial information and records that is required for the tax matters.
Establish the financial areas and records that can be examined for tax purpose by the tax authorities.
Produce reports that summaries the results on completion of tax exercises.
Oversee and review client’s tax need such as filing for renewals of income tax returns, VAT, Withholding tax etc.
Oversee and ensure that clients’ businesses and assets are properly structured to minimize the incidence of taxation.
Advising on aspects of property transaction and the use of tax-efficient structures in property deals including the effective use of partnerships and co-ownership structure
Review computation of various tax returns and filing, and ensure strict compliance.
Review reports submitted by junior unit team, amend and recommend for adoption.
Advise clients whether and when they need to collect Tax Clearance Card
Examine and review financial records of clients or companies and make adjustments, deduction and credit.
Advise clients on changes in tax Laws that relates to clients’ industries.
Ensure clients prepares and submit tax returns and other associated documents at the appropriate deadline stipulated.
Review and update tax table every quarter to reflect changes in tax laws.
Communicate revised tax table to all clients every quarter.
Requirements
Degree in Taxation, Accountancy, Law, Economics or any other related field.
ACTI/ACA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years tax related experience
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
