TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Multi Product Boutique in the Beauty Industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Organize employee's shift considering peak times and seasonality
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Maintain staff records shift including working schedules
• Promote social media and visibility to attract new customers
• Manage and coordinate the other staff members to discard their duties professionally.
• Keep updated records of cost and revenue daily, weekly and monthly.
• Advise customers about products and specialist treatments
• Procurement and order supplies to ensure there is no discrepancy

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 3 years work Experience in fashion retail or beauty business as a Spa Manager.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be conversant with Microsoft packages and be well versed in social media applications
• Good knowledge of beauty treatment and product, knowledge about manicure and pedicure procedure is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customer's requests and complaints professionally with calm disposition.

Remuneration
N120,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
