Azbir Hotels, one of the leading hospitality brands and a 5 star Hotel Facility is currently expanding her operations in Birnin Kebbi. In line with this, we are currently employing qualified hospitality staff to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Supervises: Head House Keeping, Duty Manager, Head Admin Accountant/ HR, Executive Chef

Job Summary

• We are Looking for a dedicated operations manager to Be responsible for maintaining Strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction.
• The operations manager may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the Quality of inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Support and Work With all Head of departments in all aspects of running the Hotel.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & Serve the Guests.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting With all the Hods daily / Weekly to discuss routine operational matters, Sales targets, Guests' feedbacks and action taken for Service recovery, and also any Staff issues. minutes of the meeting to Be Sent to managing director
• Ensure Sop implementation in all departments and check the Same during routine operational checks.
• Monitor the purchase / indent / requisitions of Each department, the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the Vendors / Suppliers Etc.).
• Randomly inspecting the Stores to check the Stock in Hand (Quality, par Stock Levels, Expiry Etc.) With the Store manager.
• Dealing With Suppliers / Vendors for Quality products involving purchase manager and providing performance assessment of Vendors Every Quarter..
• Conduct Weekly / daily meeting With marketing personnel for Enquiry & follow up & conversion to Grow up the Business.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
• Be on available on call 24 Hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on Emergencies.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the Hotel.
• Supervise Line managers, Supervisors, Heads of departments and Sections' duties for Superior performance for profitability and Growth.
• Receive requisitions for materials and finances from departments for considerations and approvals.
• Supervise and monitor all ongoing projects to Ensure Standard to the completion Stage.
• Ensure compliance With the Statutory responsibilities to the Government.
• Market the Hotel to organizations, institution and multinational companies for patronage.
• Join other Strategic managers in Setting Various polices and Ensure compliance as may Be directed.
• Any other related task.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 10-12 years field Working Experience in National and international Hotel 4-5 Star Brands.

Functional Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Implement and maintain Gap, Haccp and food Safety management for all operations to iSo certification Standards
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and Leadership.
• Understanding of General finance and Budgeting, including profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to Build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and Employees.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management
• Business acumen, communication proficiency, customer / client focused.

Salary
N70,000 - N120,000 monthly.
