Job Description

• Our Client is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Executive to join her dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be in charge of developing new business relationships, identifying prospects and following through till sales are closed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the promotion of sales on advertisement media and listing services
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of services
• Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
• Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
• Maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
• Present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
• Coordinate the closing of deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of products before closing deals
• Act as intermediaries liaising between sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate deals
• Conduct the inspection of products to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
• Conduct surveys to identify price of similar products
• Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to consultants who provide legal and support services.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 3 years cognate experience in Marketing role
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation Skills.
