DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company which provides executive selection, company secretarial, governance, immigration, and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Lagos
Reports to: The Finance Manager will report directly to the MD / CEO.

Job Summary

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for planning the Company’s financial strategy, protecting the company’s revenues and profits to achieve sustainable growth. S/He will be responsible for formulation of financial strategy, driving implementation of accounting policies and providing quality leadership in the Finance department

Job Description

• Spearheading the entire financial reporting process whilst enforcing strict compliance with IFRS.
• Ensuring timely delivery of financial analysis and reports to Management.
• Regular analysis and narrative reporting on financial reports.
• Analyse business operations, costs, revenues, and financial obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
• Develop financial and tax strategies.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process of financials.
• Responsible for filing of all financial returns, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements with agencies of government and regulatory bodies.
• Advise Management on issues bothering resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Liaise with Internal Auditors, external Consultants, and other departments during audits, and other relevant matters to provide required documentation to meet compliance needs.
• Maintain books, record transactions, and record discrepancies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Professional qualification in ICAN or ACCA is compulsory.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Finance position, with at least three (3) years in a management position.
• Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools, Sage, and other accounting tools.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and financial modelling.
• Outstanding team player.
