About the Position

• We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to report to the CFO and manage a lean team of analysts.
• You will build a world-class financial and strategic planning team that delivers solid models, forecasts and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision making.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Work with the CFO and executive team to develop company strategy
• Develop our annual business plan and rolling performance forecasts
• Build practical models e.g. financial model, valuation models, product pricing models, etc. for effective decision making
• Participate in structure financing activities and deals including capital raising, deals search, negotiations
• Collaborate with various internal functions to execute company strategy
• Own internal and external research and business intelligence initiatives

Requirements
Ideally, you will have:

• 5+ years of quantitative and financial modelling experience in banking, finance or consulting
• Experience providing financial advice to senior management
• Experience building business models, business cases, sensitivity analyses, etc
• Experience developing and presenting well designed, concise presentations
• CFA or other relevant professional qualifications
