Job Description

• The Social Media Manager/ Digital Marketer will be responsible for content creation, graphic designing, shooting and editing of videos, developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the Waterpark’s services online.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit all social media content; written and visual.
• Maintain and grow the Waterpark’s social media presence across all platforms.
• Effectively manage the Park’s website to ensure ranking and website visits meet specified targets.
• Ensure guest engagement through creation of relevant content across all digital and online platforms.
• Measure and record performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights.
• Capturing, editing and producing quality photos and videos for both internal and external purposes.
• Develop and capture all internal and external events of the Waterpark.

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3 years experience.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing and social media content development.
• Very creative and sharp witted.
• Ability to create and develop interesting and engaging social media content.
• Creative writing.
• Use of basic video editing skills.
• Working knowledge of Corel draw and other graphic design tools.
• Must have demonstrable knowledge in CRM.
• Ability to identify and be up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Candidate must be sociable and able to interact with other people easily.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate if not resident in Delta State.
