Job Title: Supply Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced supply chain manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly.
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Finance, and Sales to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important.
• You should also have experience in project management, possess a strategic, analytical mind as well as great leadership and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership on all aspects of the supply chain function and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create effective supply chain management strategies that meet customer needs.
• Planning, implementing and controlling the operations of the supply chain from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption.
• Driving profitability and productivity across demand planning, supply planning as well as new product planning processes as required.
• Ensuring effectiveness of inventory management, capacity management, supply chain processes and systems.
• Identifying and analysing risks affecting supply, delivery and customer demand and developing strategies to mitigate these.
• Driving strategic supply chain enhancements/ projects to drive optimal manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's Degree
• You have at least 5 years’ experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
• You possess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect the import and export of products.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
