Job Title: Dispatch Rider / Office Assistant

Job Description

• An Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office.

Responsibilities

• Performing clerical tasks
• Keeping and monitoring inventory of office supplies
• Delivering messages on behalf of the company
• Filing documents when necessary
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive a motorcycle is required for mobility.
• Possession of a rider’s card is an added advantage.
