Job Title: Controller

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Responsibilities

• To plan, execute and coordinate business operations
• The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of accounting procedures, business management and ability to motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity.
• Overseeing daily business operations and reporting to Director
• Implementing growth strategies
• Training low-level managers and staff
• Creating and managing budgets
• Improving revenue
• Evaluating performance and productivity
• Analyzing accounting and financial data
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities
• Coordinating reports and presentations, etc

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or relevant field
• Master's Degree is desirable
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of basic business management procedures and principles
• Awareness of business trends
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
