We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Objective

  • To continually execute long-term store-based sales promotion and brand awareness plans for the organization to achieve its key sales objectives through digital marketing and social media.
  • To drive the achievement of sales awareness targets by implementing online based campaigns and strategies that will lead to increased traffic to our social media platforms, and physical and online stores in order to increase sales and brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote the organization's services to customers.
  • Plan, organize and manage all e-mail campaigns, digital campaigns and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
  • Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate, and social marketing.
  • Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, and brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding marketing revenue targets and developing plans to make up for any shortfalls in revenue.
  • Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations. Benchmark, measure and analyze results of online marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, events, promotions, SEO marketing, affiliate program and future online marketing initiatives.
  • Provide on-page and off-page SEO analysis, optimization and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

Online seasonal campaign Idea generation and execution:

  • Develop and manage digital promotion campaign projects task sheet with timelines and share with stakeholders
  • Drive each business cycle through adequate online promotional campaigns and activations to deliver agreed organizational targets in terms of basket size, units sold and footfall.
  • Communicate timely with stores nationwide about current online marketing campaign schemes and promotional activities.
  • Research and source the right online marketing campaigns specifically tailored to each social media platform.

Online Stores partnership marketing idea generation and execution:

  • Create, drive and deliver institutional partnership marketing strategies that can increase traffic to our online platforms.
  • Develop related external product partnerships that drive traffic and build our brand awareness.
  • Track online sales from partnership arrangement.
  • Communicate timely with stores nationwide about the current institutional partnership process.

Online promotion content development:

  • Providing online promotion content brief, and storyboard to the graphic design team or external vendors for all our online platforms.
  • Think up titles for each piece of online promotion content keeping appropriateness in check.


Online Store's seasonal campaign budgeting:

  • Develop and manage an online store seasonal campaign promotion budget that will deliver the set organizational sales targets
  • Work with account and finance and internal control unit to ensure fund availability for seasonal online store sales promotion campaign execution
  • Ensure sales promotion budget compliance and effective monitoring to achieve set targets
  • Work with store leads to plan their promotion ideas and ensure stores business goals/targets are achieved.

Online Platform promotion research:

  • Closely monitor and analyze the sales volume, market share trends and competitive activity for each online platform.
  • Conduct studies to determine the shopping habits of the public, as well as the offerings of competitors.

Online-based public relations communication:

  • Publicity of community and social projects involving the use of our stores such as kid’s visitations and other social education events at the online platforms.

  • Novel/New/Existing marketing strategy performance reports
  • Email Marketing Performance report
  • SMS Marketing performance report
  • Digital channel performance reports
  • Sales Seasonal Campaign Budget Report

Requirements

  • Degree with 6 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing agency or company, Tech company, Luxury/Premium brand
  • Strong business acumen with experience in google analytics and digital marketing analytics/reporting
  • Expertise in SEO, Email Automations, Google Ads, Facebook Media buying certification, Email Copywriting, HTML, CSS, Photoshop
  • Planning & organizational Skills
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft suite skill
  • Strong ability to pay attention to detail.
