Job Description

• Our client is looking for a Digital MarketingOfficer to join their team. Successful candidate will be responsible for engaging target audience, drive traffic, creation and posting of engaging content across all social media platforms.

Job Duties
Check out how a day at work will look like:

• Ensure all social media pages are up and running
• Manage content creation and daily upload
• Attend promptly to all requests and enquiries on social media pages
• Develop and implement effective engagement strategy that builds brand awareness, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Create innovate ideas to increase customer base on social media platforms
• Ensure all new and existing company products are uploaded on all social media pages
• Use Google analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
• Overall execution of digital marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc with at least one (1) year social media marketing experience
• Hand-on experience in using social media for brand awareness
• Experience in basic graphics design would be a plus.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong eye for details
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with other team members
• Satisfactory graphics knowledge with good innovative and creative skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and work under pressure if need be
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
• Working knowledge of social media analytics tools i.e., Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
