Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• Our client is looking for a persuasive and energetic Sales Officer with minimum of one year experience, who is ready to go the extra mile to deliver sales target and ensure customer satisfaction.
• The preferred candidate must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.

The Role

• Calling prospective customers to explain products, and guiding them through their purchase process
• Creating awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• Working with digital marketing team to generate independent sales leads and close sales
• Organizing and distributing products to customers and maintain good relationships with all customers
• Collaborating with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and report product sales to ensure set targets are met
• Develop and post marketing content on the company’s social media platforms
• Answering customers questions and gathering feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

The Person

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc with minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Able to drive with valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great teamwork with a calm and flexible approach.

Skills Required:

• Good communications, interpersonal and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and social media marketing
• Be self-assured and purpose driven.
