Owens and Xley Consults - Our client, a luxury Salon located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
  • Manage the CEO’S calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform minor accounting duties
  • Submit daily report on tasks carried out to the CEO 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc / BA in any Business Administration or any related field
  • Experience: 2-3 years work experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools and applications (e.g. e-calendars)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Diplomatic and tactful.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, give instructions, and be accountable for results
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Must act with tact and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to use discretionary judgment and make solid decisions
  • Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders (clients, influencers, agencies etc.) in an assertive and professional way.
