George Houston Resources Limited (GHR) - Our client, a Quick Service Restaurant located in Maryland, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Customer Service Representative

Location: Mende, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Taking customer’s order through different social media.
• processing of forms, applications, and requests through different social media.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries about the products.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in a related field from recognized institution.
• 0 - 1 year of experience.
• 23 - 30 years old
• Must be computer literate
• Must be a fast finger and must be able to type fast on social media
• Preferably females for gender balance.
• Must reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Ogba, agege, Iyana Ipaja, Oshodi, Shomolu, Bariga.

Remuneration
N40,000 Monthly.
