George Houston Resources Limited - Our client, a Quick Service Restaurant, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Customer Service Representative

Location: Mende - Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Taking customers’ orders through different social media.
• processing of forms, applications, and requests through different social media.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries about the products.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in a related field from a recognized institution.
• 23-30 years
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Must be computer literate
• Must be a fast finger and must be able to type fast on social media
• Preferably females for gender balance
• Must reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Anthony, Ketu, Oshodi, Shomolu and Bariga.

Salary

• N40,000 monthly.
