Enterprise Metric Suite LLC is a performance management software firm responsible for the creation and deployment of a performance management software which seeks to link employees' daily activities with the strategic objectives of their organization, and monitor performance on the go.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Act as a liaison between the company and assigned channel partner.
  • Ensures compliance with partners programs and agreements.
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Builds relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual opportunities with shared partners
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
  • Planning, developing and implementing PR and brand positioning strategies
  • Engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Management of company participation in industry-related events.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Previous and proven experience of driving channel sales
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Flexible to travel to partner locations.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Driven, highly motivated, and results-driven.
  • Solution-oriented outlook.
  • Strong organization skills including planning and prioritization.
