Job Title: Fashion Store Manager

Location: Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports To:Head Retail Manager
Job Type: Single Unit Outlet Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure retail shop is always presented and merchandized to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the most profitable items and ensuring delivery of retail KPIs.
• Focus on increasing sales, drive profits and margin and achieve targets.
• Understand daily, weekly, and monthly store targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales, profitability, costs, staffing levels and ensuring this information is communicated effectively to the team.
• Ensure outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are always maintained. Keep shop tidy, clean and full at the end of each day.
• Understand the impact that visual merchandising and balance of price points has on customer conversion, average spend and gross profit margin results.
• Opening, closing, and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day completed correctly, including targets for the next day and comprehensive handover.
• Ensure all staff are kept up to date on changes to products, offers and promotions.
• Reduce stock loss, observe safety and security procedures. Report any misuse or theft of stock to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of National Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years retail store management experience
