MK Trend Limited - Our client, Dover Credit Limited, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer / Recovery Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Keep tracking outstanding debts through phone calls
• Plan course of action to recover owed money
• Locate and contact debtors
• Update account status and database regularly
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Handle customers' questions or complaints
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
• Build trust with debtors
• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / SSCE qualification
• 0 - 1 year of experience as a recovery officer
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary

• N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
