What We're Looking For

• We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the business operations activities.
• The ideal candidate would be a Dynamic, passionate and proven person who want to make a positive difference with the people they work with and customers we support.
• You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment where everyone is empowered and committed to deliver the best in industry customer experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is compulsory and also a ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn and develop professional and soft skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and improving on daily business operations processes and procedures.
• Ensure the organization’s operations are in compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
• Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
• Understanding the latest industry developments and staying up-to-date on new trends.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Admin department.
• Work with other departments to ensure they deliver on their tasks and expectations
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Excellent organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and prior experience using ERP Solutions would be an advantage.
• Fluency in French Language (Written and Verbal) would also be an added advantage.
• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate information,to other teammembers and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability pay attention to details.
• Good leadership qualities to lead a team
• Ability to foster an effective relationships with current and prospective clients for business growth.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 / month.
