Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to create sales spitting funnels and adverts.
You will help Awoof Market reach new customers online in 5 African countries and counting… by providing an amazing experience with your magical funnels and ads.
Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by product purchases, referrals & brand goodwill.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide come up with digital marketing strategies and see in real time how customers respond to the marketing materials deployed.
You will be responsible for writing/designing sales pages for our numerous products, setting up and monitoring facebook adverts, while designing marketing materials to be used by the company
An added advantage if you can use Canva/Photoshop to design marketing materials
You'll have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust - with your marketing strategies.
With this in mind, you’re the type of person that loves turning negative experiences into positive ones.
The position is partly proactive, partly reactive.
Day to day, you’ll be working with and continuously improving our marketing materials, measure results and improve the performance of marketing materials deployed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Write and design super persuasive sales copy that drive customers to make an order
Research, evaluate, identify, and lead the development of new product features and promotional programs to grow overall eCommerce revenue
Manage and run digital advertising including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other media partners
Update product information and content on the website
Work with Team to create images, promotions etc. for display on the website
Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences.
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for website.
Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about E-commerce, and then contextualising your findings.
Assisting the creative team with content to design promotional materials.
Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
Managing company social media advert campaigns.
Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on each of our online accounts.
Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Qualifications

Requirements:
Can write and design super persuasive sales copy that drive customers to make an order
Research, evaluate, identify, and lead the development of new product features and promotional programs to grow overall eCommerce revenue
Manage and run digital advertising including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other media partners
Having the ability to multi-task, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Posses a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
Focus on root issues, and fix them, instead of embracing band-aid solutions.
Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), Zoom/Skype & Facebook (in general).
One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one (Be-friend automation).
Preferred:
At least 1 year of Sales-page Writing/design and running Facebook ads at a company that has an online or offline presence.
Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads and clients.
Set up a Funnel within 24 hours.
The Pay and Benefit
N70,000 & upwards of N120,000; commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
