We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Project Officer establishes a project score, monitors the feasibility of the project and determines the resources required to attain the project score. He/she has to collaborate with team to provide deliverables effectively and efficiently, before the deadline of the project deliverable. The Project officer will be responsible for project coordination, implementation, control and completion of all projects, ensuring consistency with commitments and goals to the customer.
• Serve as an expert on tasks that are delegated and assigned to, delivering them within specified time and defined expectation.
• Adhering strongly to the standards and practices in the area of specialization.
• Provide adequate and prompt feedback on New Projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that can support and improve the revenue of events.
• Ensures compliance to all laid down policies of the company.
• Build strong customer focus, experience in recognition of customer needs and how to deliver an effective customer experience.
• Attention to detail, planning, organization, and daily delivery requirements.
• Drives post sales activities such as timely project completion, revenue collections and overall customer satisfaction in collaboration with other support functions.
• Maintains a robust database of clients.
• Make use of Microsoft Project to efficiently create project plans and monitor them
• Continually develop knowledge of report on business climate, applications and competition for SA Consulting
• Collate, prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Clearly communicate the progress of periodic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as directed.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities (where applicable).
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Education

• First Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
• Professional Qualification - PMP, PRINCE II - is an added advantage
• An MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Project Management
• Experience in managing IT related projects or similar areas
• Experience in client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
